“The only true currency in this bankrupt world is what we share with someone when we’re uncool.” -Lester Bangs

Life

I’m not sure if the real Lester Bangs said this, but Philip Seymour Hoffman, the guy who plays Lester Bangs in the movie “Almost Famous”, does. This is one of my all time favorite kwotes. Why? Because I’m very much uncool. But, it’s good to know that us weirdos do have something to rally ourselves around. Our uncoolness.

So, if you’re uncool, just know that I’m here, sitting at my computer, and acting very uncool, too. And I’m enjoying every damn minute of it.

Act uncool.

End Kwote
