We’ve made it to yet another Friday. I hope you all safely made it to today and that your work week wasn’t so stressful. I do have another Modown post for you, though, so we can get your weekend started off right.
Not so long ago, one of my blogger friends commented that I should feature all the mustached dudes from the movie “Super Troopers.” You might recall that the first three days of the Modown all featured characters from “Napolean Dynamite.” Being that “Super Troopers” sports so many great mo dudes, my friend astutely observed that there was another opportunity for me to feature multiple characters from a single movie.
So, that brings me to today’s post. This guy may not be the most recognizable of the Modown crew, but he’s a still a great addition. As I said when i featured Rodney Farva no so long ago, I’m pumped for the sequel of “Super Troopers” to come out soon, and I’m sure today’s dude is excited to be in it.
But enough about all that. I’ll get right to the point.
Today’s mo dude is Steve Lemme, the actor who plays Mac in Super Troopers.
Got any guys you want to see on the Modown? Just let me know. I’m always happy to take requests.
Also, you’re encouraged to donate to the Movember Foundation, a wonderful organization that helps fight against diseases like testicular and prostate cancer. If you’d like to give, you can click HERE.
Thus ends the 20th installment of this year’s Modown. I do hope you enjoyed it.
Don’t forget to come back around tomorrow for the next post. It’s gonna be great.
See you then.
Wow. I can’t believe it’s already the 19th of November (which, as you all know, means it’s the 19th day of the Modown). It’s honestly flown by, and I’ve had a blast this year doing all the Modown pics. I’ve never done a Modown where I actually posted a pic on all 30 days, so this year I’m bound and determined.
Today’s Modown is a special one. You may not be aware, but there’s a social media phenomenon that’s just beginning to take the digital world by storm. That phenomenon is Thumb Thursday. A close friend of mine was a pioneer in this movement, and he continues to be the driving force behind it today. Being that the Modown and this new trend coincided, I thought I’d feature a picture that got the best of both worlds.
Well, we’ve finally come to the end of The Modown. I think it’s gone extremely well this year, and I’m definitely going to miss posting new mo pics everyday. But, everything comes to an end, and The Modown is no exception.
For the finale of The Modown, I wanted to pic someone very special. Someone who’s separate and distinct from all the other mo dudes that I’ve featured this far. You can imagine that might be pretty hard considering the guys I’ve featured this far. But, I think I’ve found a way to do what I want to do.
Today’s mo dude isn’t world famous, and he hasn’t appeared on the movie screen ( at least not that I know of). Unlike most of the people on The Modown, this guy’s not a celebrity.
But you know what? That’s perfectly fine with me. Because there’s no better person to end The Modown with than the coolest dude I know, my dad (just so you know, that picture of my dad is from about 25 years ago).
