Hello, everyone. As promised, I performed a Tuesday Tuneday song this week. Now you don’t have to curse me, commit violence against me, and/or call me Suzy. I know, you’re relieved.
Since I received a banjo for Christmas this year, I thought I’d break it out for this week’s cover tune. I’m still learning to play it, so I’m a little rough, but overall, I think it sounds pretty good. The song for this week is one I’ve played for you before, so perhaps you’re familiar with it.
This week’s Tuesday Tuneday tune is one of my favorites, “Upward Over the Mountain” by Iron & Wine. Enjoy.
Hola, everyone. It’s been a little while since I’ve posted a Tuesday Tuneday video. I was pretty busy with The Modown for the past month, but since that’s over, I thought I’d get back to my musical ways.
This week’s song is one that I didn’t discover until recently. Like much of the good music I’ve been introduced to, my sister turned my on to this song. And like many of my favorites, I fell in love with this one within the first few seconds. I listened to this song about a hundred times after I first heard it, and you know what? It just kept getting better.
For this week’s Tuesday Tuneday, I’ve played you a cover of Elliot Smith’s “Between the Bars.” I hope you enjoy.
Good afternoon, friends. Today is Tuesday, and for those of you who don’t know what that means for this particular blog, it means that I’ve performed a song for you. That’s right. A song played just for your entertainment, enjoyment, and satisfaction.
At least I hope it’s entertaining, enjoyable, and satisfying.
Today’s song is one I cam distinctly remember hearing for the first time. I remember that the second Dave Grohl’s gruffy face started screaming into the mic, I was hooked. Ever since, I’ve been a big fan of this band, and a huge fan of this song.
This week’s Tuesday Tuneday tune is “Best of You” by the Foo Fighters. Enjoy.
