Greetings, everyone. I know, the summer’s winding down, and that’s rather sad. But don’t fret. I have another Tuesday Tuneday song for you, and I think it might cheer you up.
You might recognize this song as being one that I’ve performed before. I have covered this song, but I recently played it a little differently, and I liked the way it sounded. Also, it’s just a great song, so playing it again didn’t bother me much.
For this week’s Tuesday Tuneday song, we have my second rendition of “Old Man” by Neil young, played a bit slower and in a different key. Enjoy.
As you’ve probably noticed, I haven’t been writing on my blog too much. Until recently, I was nonexistent. Gone. AWOL. Hiatused (on hiatus? hiatusized? I dunno..)
But, if you’re familiar with my blog at all, you know that I don’t just write. Every Tuesday, I cover a song from an artist I like, and I post it for all of you to listen to. Or at least that’s what I did before I went inexplicably missing for three months…
I’ve found my way home, however. I’m right back where I belong. So, seeing as how today is Tuesday, I’ve performed another Tuesday Tuneday song. I know, it’s the first one in a long, long time, but I do hope you like it.
Since the beginning of the summer, I’ve been listening to this artist pretty much nonstop. I don’t think he has a song I don’t love, and this one in particular is one that I play over and over again.
This week’s Tuesday Tuneday song is “Blue Boy” by one of my very favorites, Mac DeMarco. Enjoy.
Good evenin’, everyone. I hope you enjoyed your day today. I know that I did, even though it’s ridonkulously cold. But, despite the frost, I’ve got another tune for you.
Some of you might know that I recently acquired a banjo. Now, I’m not great at playing it. At least not yet. But I’ve been messing around with it, and I’ve got a little bluegrass tune for you today. It’s pretty simple, but I think you’ll enjoy it.
